Giving the 'all clear': housing staff experiences of rehousing in TRAs

This report focuses on in-depth interviews conducted with housing staff in each of the three Transformational Regeneration Areas included within GoWell: Red Road, Sighthill and Shawbridge, to understand the process of clearance within these areas. Interviews were conducted with the Housing Operations Manager who had strategic responsibility for overseeing clearance in the areas; plus a joint interview with two Housing Officers responsible for clearance in the areas on a day-to-day basis. Relevant documents on policy and practice were also reviewed, including GHA policy statements and policy reviews, and local rehousing strategies and clearance reports.
